Shipping and Returns

Free standard shipping for all orders $100 and over Australia wide. 

Your order will be shipped in 1-2 business days. Please be aware, due to the current circumstances there may be a slight delays in delivery times.

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of after receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received it in new, undamaged condition with the original packaging. Please note we do not refund the cost of shipping.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will send you a replacement as quickly as possible.

To start a return, you can contact us at enquiries@myibag.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once we receive the items, we will issue your refund minus the cost of shipping.

If you would like to make changes after placing an order, notify us immediately and we will be happy to accommodate you as long as your order hasn't been shipped. Once your order has shipped we are no longer responsible.
